About the event

Winter is the season of the Divine Feminine.  She invites you to embrace the Quiet Medicine of Winter by going inward, connecting to your inner wise woman.  It is a time of soulful reflection, deep nourishment, gestation & rest where the moon softly illuminates the dark hours of winter's depths.

Connecting to the moon's cycle guides us home to our feminine body &  soul.  As we align with the femininity of winter & the moon's principles, we enhance the dynamic power that women naturally embody.  In a world where women feel increasingly disconnected from their inner selves, each other & the world, the Winter Moon shows us a clear path to reconnection.  By tuning into the natural rhythm of lunar ebbs & flows with the quiet medicine of winter, it is possible to reconnect with our inner wise woman who bears the gifts of healing, clarity & transformation.

You are invited to join this supportive, nourishing & heart-opening 4-week series which will consists of learning how to work with the energy of the New Year & the Winter Moon through intention setting, poetry, readings, guided meditations &  journaling  to awaken a deeper spiritual meaning PLUS  a beautiful yoga posture flow, designed by women for women, rich with variations for different bodies & the changing seasons of life.  As we gather in a Women's Wisdom Circle to learn the Moon Salutation Yoga sequence, you will feel rooted in the beauty & power of the Divine Feminine.

Hosted by Keri Louise of Radiant Life Health & Wellness and Jennifer Lynn of Joyful Nature & Yoga.

About your facilitators:

Keri Louise is the owner of Radiant Life Health & Wellness.  She has a passion for teaching women & girls the radical art of sacred self-care. A RYT-200 + Restorative certified Yoga Teacher, 500 hr Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach & Sacred Sisterhood Circle Facilitator, Keri Louise believes that optimum health goes beyond what you eat & how much you exercise.  True wellness is rooted in how much peace & joy you have in your life.  She creates nurturing spaces where women & girls gather to explore ancient ceremony work, soulful connections & navigating modern life in order to manifest deeply rooted happiness & contentment. Keri Louise shares these combined passions in each of her retreats, workshops, group classes & private sessions.

Jennifer Lynn is the owner of Joyful Nature & Yoga.  Jennifer is a 200 hour RYT Certified Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga teacher who began her study of yoga more than a decade ago.  Her interest in yoga started as a physical & external practice with the sole intention of unwinding after years spent in the corporate world; where she was often exhausted, burnt-out & lacked the tools to quiet her mind and worries.  Jennifer quickly found that yoga supported both her physical & mental health; it offered her a chance to soften & relax her body and mind in order to release tension, facilitate deep healing & restoration.  What started out as solely a physical practice quickly evolved into an understanding of the internal practice of stillness, growth, balance & acceptance that yoga offers.   Jennifer's love of yoga led her on a journey to become a teacher in 2020, where she learned just how passionate she really is about sharing restorative yoga & encouraging relaxation with the world.  She believes we are living in an unprecedented time of high burn-out, high stress & high tension in mind, body and spirit.  Jennifer offers students a chance to disconnect from the outside world & reconnect to their body, find stillness in their mind & relax into a space that promotes health and well-being.

Women's Wisdom Yoga Circles are sober spaces.  Alcohol & recreational drugs including marijuana are not permitted.  Please arrive sober to events.  The use of tobacco & vaping products are not permitted on Kentland grounds.  At this time, masking will be optional.  Thank you.
