Movement Practices


Pilates and yoga are amazing fitness 

practices designed to create strength, flexibility, mobility, and muscle tone. A regular practice of both or either improves your overall health & stamina. Pilates & yoga are excellent choices for low impact exercise while also challenging your individual fitness goals.  No matter where you are with your fitness journey, there is a place for you in Pilates & Yoga. Both are designed to meet you where you are at. Keri is skilled at assessing your specific needs to ensure you are safe, supported & inspired.  

Keri's Current Teaching Schedule:

Yoga (due to Covid 19 all classes taught live virtually)

Tuesdays 9-10am Yoga Basics for the Core

Wednesdays 9:15-10:30am Fusion Flow

       Both at Just Plain Yoga, Lemoyne

Mat Pilates (due to Covid 19 classes taught live virtually)

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15 - 1pm

 at Just Plain Yoga, Lemoyne

Private Pilates Equipment Training

Flexible schedule to meet your needs

      Central Penn Health Studio, Lemoyne
