Movement Practices


Pilates and yoga are highly beneficial movement practices designed to create strength, flexibility, mobility, and muscle tone. A regular practice of both or either improves your overall health & stamina. Pilates & yoga are excellent choices for low impact exercise while also challenging your individual fitness goals.  


Pilates is rooted in FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, meaning it supports your everyday life. This makes Pilates especially ideal for all bodies in nearly every phase of our lives, meeting you where you are at in your physical body.  Yoga incorporates a profound mind/body connection.
