Mother - Daughter Sacred Hearts Circle

One of the most sacred relationships is the one between a mother & daughter. This special circle is about nurturing the bonds between mother & daughter through heart-opening rituals, meaningful activities & intimate conversations.

The Sacred Hearts Circle is all about creating & strengthening a relationship built on trusting connections, laughter & warmth. We will open our hearts to each other to create this sacred hearts circle. The more a daughter knows the story of her mother's heart, the more a daughter will share her own heart with her mother. The bond between a mother & daughter when nurtured, will span the test of time. This safe & nurturing space is just the place to witness your relationship blossom in beautiful new ways.

We will gather at the secluded Kentland Retreat Center situated on 19 gorgeous acres of lush forest complete with an enchanting stream, wooded outdoor sanctuary, open fields dotted with wild flowers, a cozy lodge and much more.  It will be the perfect location for our day together.  We will utilize as much of the outdoor space as possible, limiting our time in the lodge.

Join Keri Louise & her own daughter Emily Feldman for this very special day of sweet soul nourishment with your sacred sweetie! Appropriate for girls ages 2nd-12th grade (if you have a daughter younger that you feel is ready for this, please contact Keri Louise).

$88 total, $10 per additional child.

Open to any adult female & young girl pair sharing a special bond such as grandmother/granddaughter, aunt/niece, etc.

COVID PROTOCOL: We will abide by any exisisting COVID precautions and protocol in place at the time of the event. If the event were to be cancelled due to COVID, your regisration will be transferred to the same event at a future date.

About the event hosts:

Keri Louise is the owner of Radiant Life Health & Wellness.  She has a passion for teaching women & girls the radical art of sacred self-care. A RYT-200 + Restorative certified Yoga Teacher, 500 hr Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach & Sacred Sisterhood Circle Facilitator, Keri Louise believes that optimum health goes beyond what you eat & how much you exercise.  True wellness is rooted in how much peace & joy you have in your life.  She creates nurturing spaces where women & girls gather to explore ancient ceremony work, soulful connections & navigating modern life in order to manifest deeply rooted happiness & contentment. Keri Louise shares these combined passions in each of her retreats, workshops, group classes & private sessions.

Emily Feldman is a passionate learner, always reading & collecting new information. A firm believer in “Never stop learning, life never stops teaching,” she embodies a growth mindset & lives to expand her understanding of the world. Emily received her RYT-200 from Heartwood Yoga Institute & a B.A. in psychology from WCU in May 2020. Currently she is attending DePaul University earning her Masters in psychology, focusing on the impact of stress & trauma on children. Additionally, she holds a certification in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition &  Plant-based nutrition from eCornell. The past few years, she has struggled with an eating disorder & OCD. Choosing recovery has offered revolutionary lessons for learning self-compassion, acceptance & gratitude.These experiences have created space for more sensitivity & empathy for others on their journey to loving themselves & their lives.
