All girls deserve to embrace their inner goddess! Join us for our Spring Series meeting the first Wednesday of April, May & June.
The Girl to Goddess program was created to provide a sacred space where girls gather to deepen their personal mind, body & spirit connection in order to feel inspired, uplifted, confident & courageous. Through the practice of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, sharing & soul-crafting creative projects, girls in 1st-4th grades will open their hearts, feel empowered, inspire other girls, transform & shine bright!
Each gathering is unique to a specific age group creating a one of a kind experience promoting radical self love & inner-group connection. Our safe & nurturing space is just the place for the special young lady in your life to blossom from girl to goddess! We will stretch, explore, laugh, create & grow.
