All girls deserve to embrace their inner goddess! This monthly circle is devoted to girls who want to open their hearts, empowered, inspire other girls, transform and shine bright through the practice of yoga, breathing, journaling, sharing and heart opening creative projects. Our safe and nurturing space is just place for the special young lady in your life to blossom from girl to goddess! We will stretch, explore, giggle, create and grow. Girls will be guided in physical and creative exercises to help them feel a deeper connection with their mind, body and spirit.
These will be ongoing monthly Girl to Goddess Gatherings and a commitment to the 3-month series/session is helpful to form a sacred bond of friendship among the girls.
Grades 5th - 8th - 1st Thursday of the month, 6-8pm
Grades 1st-4th - 3rd Thursday of the month, 6-8pm
