Girl To Goddess: Creative Soul Flow Retreat

This overnight retreat is devoted to girls in 5th-8th grade ready to step outside of the box & into a free flowing space of vibrant, bold, creative living by embracing the things that make us each a beautifully unique masterpiece. 

Girl To Goddess: Creative Soul Flow Retreat is all about personal expansion through creative expression.  Raising emboldened, curious & confident young girls can be challenging in a world that tells them they must look & act a certain way.  Creative Soul Flow is just the space to flow freely into the very heart of who you are....a one-of-kind work of art!  Through the practice of PLAY (Peace-Love-Art-Yoga) we will experience the freedom of self expression in many forms.  This is a weekend to live more freely in a creative & curious connection with our mind, body, heart & soul.  No artistic skill or yoga experience needed, just a desire to have fun!

We will gather at the secluded Kentland Retreat Center in Mechanicsburg situated on 19 gorgeous acres of wild forest complete with an enchanting stream, wooded outdoor sanctuary, open fields dotted with wild flowers, hiking trails, outdoor firepite, a cozy lodge with modern amenities & much more.  It will be the perfect location for our magical adventure.

Event Details: 

• Drop off Friday, June 23 at 2pm - Pick up Saturday, June 24 at 4pm.
• $85 includes overnight shared accommodations, snacks, drinks, Friday dinner & Saturday breakfast & lunch & all activities.
• Limited to 14 girls in 5th-8th grades.  Rising 9th graders welcome.  
• Scholarship available.  Please complete requests by May 15 by completing form here.  
• Joining Keri Louise this summer as Girl to Goddess Mentor is Girl to Goddess Alumni, Ky Wolf.  Ky spent many years active in Girl To Goddess & now as a high school student will be working alongside Keri this summer to ensure campers have the best experience.  

Event Facilitator:

Keri Louise is the owner of Radiant Life Health & Wellness.  She has a passion for teaching women & girls the radical art of sacred self-love. A RYT-200 + Restorative certified Yoga Teacher, 500 hr Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach & Sacred Sisterhood Circle Facilitator, Keri Louise believes that optimum health goes beyond what you eat & how much you exercise.  True wellness is rooted in how much peace & joy you have in your life.  She creates nurturing spaces where women & girls gather to explore ancient ceremony work, soulful connections & navigating modern life in order to manifest deeply rooted happiness & contentment. Keri Louise shares these combined passions in each of her retreats, workshops, group classes & private sessions.

Girl To Goddess is a program created by Keri Louise in 2017.  For the last 6+ years, Keri has regularly facilitated monthly Girl To Goddess gatherings for girls in 1st-4th grade & 5th-8th grade, as well has hosted week long summer day camps & overnight retreats.  The Girl to Goddess program was created to provide a sacred space for girls to gather to deepen their personal mind, body & spirit connections in order to feel inspired, uplifted, confident & whole.
