All girls deserve to embrace their inner goddess! This special gathering is a sacred afternoon devoted to girls in 5th through 8th grade who want to open their hearts, feel inspired, transform and shine bright through the practice of yoga, meditation, journaling, sharing, friendship and creative soul crafting projects. Girl To Goddess creator, Keri Louise, Certified Holistic Health Coach & RYT, will guide the group in fun physical, creative and mindful activities that nurture a deeper connection of mind, body and spirit. We will explore, giggle, create, grow & stretch ourselves fostering radical self love and courageous confidence.
