Keri Louise nurtures women in the sacred art of of radical self-love. Sarah Amala is an RYT 200 yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, Holistic Health Coach, and Reiki Master based in Central PA. Her passion is blending her spiritual gifts with her practical training to empower women to rise up and find their true calling. She is currently working on a series called Taking Up Space, which will be a tool for women to learn to be comfortable in their bodies and break the vicious cycle of the pursuit of unattainable bodily perfection.
