Do you ever notice how easy it is to stop living from your heart? It begins on a very subtle level, one difficult situation bleeds into another. Circumstances that seemed so bright & positive begin to unravel quicker than you can respond. The unforeseen & unavoidable parts of life happen so fast that we are unable to gain traction. Suddenly we’ve been pulled away from our hearts into the false refuge of distraction, until we find ourselves held tightly by a heavy feeling of disconnection where we’ve lost sight of what was once good.
