Creative Soul Flow is all about the process of personal transformation through creative movement & expression. This year has undoubtedly brought us all a wide range of changes & emotions. As we work to navigate the uncertainty, Nature presents us with her guidance & examples.

As the seasons transition, so will we, and we can practice doing so with grace & acceptance. These transitional periods are an invitation to take inventory, do the deep work towards evolution & growth, and prepare for whatever is to come.

Creative Soul Flow: Mantra, Mala, Mandala Edition will provide the tools to navigate this sacred transitional period. Join us as the November New Moon cradles us into stillness & introspection. This beautifully nurturing online retreat will be a full day exploration using mantras, malas & mandalas to gently guide us into this next phase of the year.

We will gather virtually a few times throughout the day for sacred circle, restorative yoga, spinning mandala magic, creating your own mala, meditative mantra practice, nature based experiences & so much more. Each participant will receive a personally crafted retreat box with very special supplies you will need for our time together.
