Join Keri Louise of Radiant Life Health & Wellness and Karen East of Balanced Life for a transformative weekend journey through creativity & movement. Together, we will clear space for more vibrant, luminous living  by exploring the graceful movements of yoga, liberating free dance, vocalizing with freedom, playfully creating  & sharing from open hearts.

This is a weekend for anyone looking to live more passionately in connection with their mind, body, heart & soul.  No artistic skills, yoga or dance experience needed.  Just an open mind, a desire to say yes to the fire in your heart & the willingness to trust, allow & breathe.

Join Keri & Karen for 2 nights & 2 days of creative exploration & passionate living at the Silver Spring Retreat House in Mechanicsburg, PA.  This unique retreat property is nestled on 7 beautiful acres.  The original stone house, The Historic Waugh Wilson House, built in the 1800's has been beautifully maintained & expanded several times to the current modernized property with touches of historic charm.  You will find the accomodations spacious & relaxing with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large full kitchen, 2 gathering rooms, an inviting large indoor fireplace + outdoor fireplace perfect for our winter gather, in addition porches & nature spaces.  The Silver Spring Retreat House will offer you quiet spaces to rest, as well as generous rooms for us to gather as a group.  Guests will each have their own bed in a shared room.  It all provides for perfect place to gather!

Price includes:

• 2 nights & 2 days accommodations at Silver Spring Retreat Center
• 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, snacks & drinks
• All activities & supplies for the weekend
• $444 includes everything (meals, supplies, accomodations & activities)
• Payment plan available: $222 deposit at registration.  $222 due 45 days prior to retreat.  (other options available by contacting event host)
• Guests will each have their own bed in a shared room
• Space is limited to 13 women.

About your facilitators:

Keri Louise is the owner of Radiant Life Health & Wellness.  She has a passion for teaching women & girls the radical art of sacred self-care. A RYT-200 + Restorative certified Yoga Teacher, 500 hr Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach & Sacred Sisterhood Circle Facilitator, Keri Louise believes that optimum health goes beyond what you eat & how much you exercise.  True wellness is rooted in how much peace & joy you have in your life.  She creates nurturing spaces where women & girls gather to explore ancient ceremony work, soulful connections & navigating modern life in order to manifest deeply rooted happiness & contentment. Keri Louise shares these combined passions in each of her retreats, workshops, group classes & private sessions.
